Past Life Regression

My approach is rooted in the understanding that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. As such, we have access to not only our subconscious mind but also our superconscious mind—often referred to as the soul mind or higher self.

How Past Life Regressions Can Help You

Experiencing a past life can offer profound insight and healing by helping you:

  • Experience yourself as a spiritual being beyond your current body.

  • Gain clarity about why you’ve created the circumstances of your current life.

  • Understand deep connections with certain people or places.

  • Identify physical ailments that may stem from unresolved past life experiences.

  • Explore unresolved emotions carried into this lifetime, such as fears or beliefs you’ve been unable to explain.

  • Acknowledge and embrace key lessons from past incarnations.

  • Transcend fear of death by understanding the continuity of existence.

  • Move through grief and find solace after the loss of a loved one.

What to Expect During a Past Life Regression

In a Past Life Regression session, I will guide you into a deeply quiet and focused state where you can access memories and experiences from a past life or incarnation that are normally hidden in the subconscious mind. These memories often hold the key to understanding patterns, emotions, and connections in your present life.

Sessions are booked for 2.5 hours to allow ample time for exploration and integration. Before our session, I will provide you with guided visualization exercises to help prepare you for entering a deep state of focus.

However, please know that the ability to visualize is NOT required to experience the benefits of a Past Life Regression. Many clients find that sensations, emotions, or intuitive impressions are equally powerful in connecting them to the wisdom of their past lives.

All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.

“But life is endless, so we never die; we were never really born. We just pass through different phases. There is no end.”
